Rising tide of artistic expression for the bicentenary
Many arts activities have been organised for the bicentenary in New Zealand, and listed below are some that have been shared with the National Spiritual Assembly. Feel free to let the Bahá’í National Office know of other events or activities that you know about. Some of these activities are described in detail in other articles in “Bahá’í Aotearoa”.

Christchurch / online — “Bahá’í Waiata Project”. A project to record nine waiata based on prayers written by the Báb. The waiata are being released as Youtube videos. See “Bahá’í Waiata Project” Youtube channel.
Christchurch / Spreydon — “Art and Craft Showcase”, October 26–28 at the Bahá’í Centre, 31 Domain Terrace, Spreydon. Times: 11.00 am to 4.00 pm each day. See Eventbrite listing.
Masterton — “This is the Day”, display of a tapa work by Robin White and Ruha Fifita along with a performance of a bicentenary song by Stefan Brown, 29 October, 5.30 pm, at Aratoi Art Gallery in Bruce Street.
