Ascension of Bahá’u’lláh 2022

From sunset on Saturday 28 May 2022 to sunset on Sunday 29 May, a Holy Day honours the anniversary of the Ascension of the Blessed Beauty 130 years before. As one of the nine designated non-work holy days in the Bahá’í calendar it is a time of Remembrance.

Strive, O people, to enter beneath the sheltering shadow of the Word of God. Quaff, then, from it the choice wine of inner meaning and explanation, for it is the repository of the living waters of the All-Glorious and hath appeared from the horizon of the Will of the All-Merciful with matchless splendour.
