Access to Authoritative Guidance

The Bahá’í Reference Library is the official online repository of the sacred writings of the Bahá’í Faith, along with authoritative messages and guidance from the Universal House of Justice.

Freely accessible to all, the Library contains a growing collection of writings of Bahá’u’lláh, the Báb, ‘Abdu’l-Bahá and Shoghi Effendi, as well as letters and messages from the Universal House of Justice that guide the worldwide Bahá’í community in its efforts to contribute to the betterment of society. It is an invaluable resource for deepening, study, and reflection, offering reliable and searchable access to texts in multiple languages.

Each year, the Ridván message from the Universal House of Justice is published in the Bahá’í Reference Library, where it becomes part of the enduring body of guidance available to the friends and to all who wish to explore Bahá’í teachings.

The Ridván 2026 message will appear in the Library once it is sunset in Haifa on 20 April 2026, marking the beginning of the Festival of Ridván. Friends may wish to check the Library during this time to read and reflect upon the message as part of their observance of this sacred period.
