Letter from the Continental Board of Counsellors

This joyous announcement was conveyed in a letter to the National Spiritual Assembly on 11 June 2021:

Dear Bahá’í Friends,

As you are aware, the new term of service for Auxiliary Board members worldwide commences 1 July 2021 and ends on the Day of the Covenant 2026. The Continental Board of Counsellors for Australasia is delighted to inform you of the appointment of the following friends to serve as Auxiliary Board members for the upcoming term:

South Island — Dr. Nadeem Hamadani (Protection), Mr. Mosi Pesa (Propagation)

North Island — Mr. Matthew Hitti (Protection), Mrs. Jaimee Lolo (Propagation), Mrs. Leyla Neilsen (Propagation), Mr. Jeffrey Sabour (Propagation), Dr. Siniva Sinclair (Protection)

Mrs. Nina Perez, who has earned our abiding gratitude for her self-sacrificing and devoted contributions, will be released from serving in this capacity on 1 July 2021. The Board has no doubt that this dear friend will continue to render invaluable service to our beloved Faith.

Letter from the National Spiritual Assembly

The National Spiritual Assembly wrote in a letter to all Bahá’í communities in Aotearoa on 12 June 2021:

With great admiration and appreciation for all the Auxiliary Board members, whether continuing for another term of service, being released from years of dedicated service, or joining the ranks of the Auxiliary Board for the first time, the National Spiritual Assembly is happy to convey the attached letter from the Continental Board of Counsellors [see above] making an announcement about the new five year term of service commencing on 1 July 2021.
